REGULATIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL SOCIO-CULTURAL ASSEMBLY “PEACEMAKER”
At the turn of the millennium it becomes entirely clear that only by the joint efforts of people from different countries can a new system of relations in the world community be created, leading humanity toward creation and progress.
Contemporary history must be filled not by crushing wars, but by achievements in the field of peacemaking.
Peace can be defended not only with weapons in hand. Every person is capable of achieving personal and professional successes, and also of contributing to the formation of public consciousness on the basis of eternal human values — humanism, tolerance and mercy.
Such people are true peacemakers, worthy of international recognition and awards. Their noble activity and high level of spiritual development must serve as a moral example for representatives of all nationalities, all continents, all age and social groups, of various faiths and religious confessions, in the attainment of the most important goal — the establishment of peace and security on Earth.
The Peacemaker Assembly brings together outstanding personalities, public figures, politicians, actors of theatre and cinema, musicians, businesspeople, athletes and scholars to discuss questions of peaceful cooperation, fruitful cultural exchange and spiritual and moral enlightenment.
